At the end of the day, you need to feel good with your hair. It is my goal to help you understand, love, and achieve your best hair.

Born in Worcester*, Alicia relocated to the city in 2006 to study photography at the Art Institute of Boston. For the next five years, she worked at Newbury Comics, until she finally decided to channel her creativity into an outlet that would provide a more lucrative career - hair.

Promptly after graduating from Empire Beauty School in the spring of 2011, Alicia signed up for our rigorous Apprenticeship Program and quickly worked her way up from Salon Assistant to Color Specialist. An easy spirit at heart, she loves hand painting highlights and balayage to create beautiful and effortless dimension in the hair; and while she does enjoy natural, low-maintenance color, she also loves the freedom of fantasy tones and is always excited to tackle something new. Alicia prides herself on delivering a sense of comfort to the client and ensuring that their experience is refreshing, relaxing, and renewing.

*Appropriately enough, this plant-munching, music-loving, Reiki-master was born under a full moon.
